It’s almost summer and it’s hot outside! When it’s hot it’s easier to become dehydrated.
Dehydration occurs when the body loses more fluid than is taken in. This usually during exercise and heat exposure but can also occur with an illness that includes a fever, vomiting and or diarrhea.
